Terms and Conditions
This document governs the use of the website www.pegoletech.com, the PegoleTech platform/app, the talent pool, the contact service and the newsletter subscription system. By using any of these services, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance of terms
The use of the website, the app, the talent pool, the contact form or any other product developed by PegoleTech SL implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. However, no personal data will be processed without the user’s express consent.
3. Professional services offered
PegoleTech SL provides specialized professional services for publishers and companies in the modern board game industry, including:
- Development of mobile applications and custom web platforms
- Account management and access to our professional app
- Complete layout of board games, including rulebooks, components and promotional materials
- Translation, linguistic review and adaptation of game content
- Testing and validation of prototypes and games in production
- Development of digital versions on virtual platforms such as TTS or BGA
- Custom services contracted through tailored quotes
- Professional collaborations through our talent pool
4. Conditions of use
- The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Improper use of the services or content offered is not permitted.
- The company may restrict access to anyone who breaches these conditions.
5. Contracting conditions
All professional services offered by PegoleTech are carried out after acceptance of a tailored quote. In some cases, an upfront payment of a percentage of the total may be required.
Each engagement includes specific conditions agreed upon between the parties.
6. Engagement of collaborating staff
Collaborators who access the talent pool will be subject to specific working conditions for each project, defined before accepting any work or agreement.
7. Intellectual property
All content, text, images, design, code and services offered by PegoleTech are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.
8. Limitation of liability
PegoleTech is not responsible for service interruptions, errors arising from the use of third parties, or damages from misuse of the platform or its content.
9. Changes
PegoleTech reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the services after such changes will imply the user’s acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Córdoba (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
