This document governs the use of the website www.pegoletech.com, the PegoleTech platform/app, the talent pool, the contact service and the newsletter subscription system. By using any of these services, you agree to these terms.

All professional services offered by PegoleTech are carried out after acceptance of a tailored quote. In some cases, an upfront payment of a percentage of the total may be required.

Each engagement includes specific conditions agreed upon between the parties.

Collaborators who access the talent pool will be subject to specific working conditions for each project, defined before accepting any work or agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All content, text, images, design, code and services offered by PegoleTech are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without authorization.

8. Limitation of liability

PegoleTech is not responsible for service interruptions, errors arising from the use of third parties, or damages from misuse of the platform or its content.

9. Changes

PegoleTech reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of the services after such changes will imply the user’s acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Córdoba (Spain), waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
